Returns & Refunds

  • If you do need to make an return or exchange, you're welcome to do so within 30 days
  • All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
  • Please note that if it has been over 30 days from the date you received your item(s), then we are unable to accept your return.
  • We will refund items if they are damaged when received, please send us a picture of the item to contact support@aeroxero.com and one of our customer service members will get back to you within 2 working days.
